Maintenance clinic: Today's clinic seemed very well received by all 30 plus attendees. We set the clinic up in stations, so each person could pick and choose what he or she wanted to learn. Jerry C. taught bike cleaning and chain care. Dave H. showed general maintenance and wheel truing. Wally L. and I taught tire changing. I think everyone came away with a better understanding bike care, how to survive a flat tire and sore thumbs.

After the clinic, 10 of us took advantage of the sunny, breezy, balmy 45 degrees with a short ride, while Tara took Ann and Linda for a walk on the trails through the woods.

14 of us then met up at Pizza Hut for some conversation, pasta, carrots (Thanks, Mark) and a terrific layer cake (Thanks, Linda). It was an excellent way to end the weekend and we agreed we should do it again soon.
